Our first time here and we can not wait to come back!! This is the absolute best place for queso and tacos in Jefferson parish. All the food was absolutely delicious and everyone that works here is so so friendly and sweet. They checked on us several times tonight through out our meal and our food came out very quickly. The drinks are good too!
Best hand crafted La Tia cocktails, the Bartender was amazing to watch.. salsa and chips were fresh, verde was spot on. Our main entrees were well worth the wait. We will be back for this Fresh new spot!!
This isn't your typical Tex Mex! These plates are authentic flavors mixed with modern Mexican cuisine! Besides the food being fresh and flavorful, the restaurant is very well decorated! A weekly must have!
We ordered the appetizer ceviche, aquachile, and the dumplings. Absolutely amazing dishes. Everything tasted so fresh! Also had the strawberry margarita with sugar! Thinly sliced fresh strawberries on top with a lime! I can't wait to try the blueberry margaritas!!! 100% recommend over and over! I had the birria Tacos as my main dish! It wasn't your typical heart burn birria taco. It was very very smooth with alittle sweet. I can't wait to try the other menu items!! I can't wait to go back next time!!
The fresh, hand-made Mexican food is amazing at La Tía Taqueria & Cantina. Some of the dishes we ordered included Aguachile, Ceviche, Flautas, Chicken Tacos, and the Chamorro (a braised pork shank). All of the items were delicious.
